The size guide below will show the difference in length, width and thickness of the pad. The size of pad required is not determined by the size of the user but is a preference depending on the size of the person striking them.

The size of the Belly Pad is the width of the padded area to the start of the velcro.
The thickness varies along the length of the Belly Pads due to its curve. The thickest part is across the center of the pads.
