For International orders, we are unable to offer free returns or exchanges due to the complexities with international logistics. If you would like us to arrange a return on your behalf, please request this when completing the returns form. The return cost will be deducted from your refund once your return arrives back with us.

General Return Instructions

If you have requested us to arrange your return, we will contact you within one working day to confirm the return cost. This cost will be deducted from your refund.
Returns Policy
To be eligible for a refund, the following criteria apply:
- Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them—unworn, unused, with tags attached (where applicable), and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for Mouthguards or Groin Guards unless they are still in the sealed, unopened packaging.
- Any shipping paid on your original order is non-refundable.
- If the value of the remaining items that aren’t returned is below the free shipping threshold of €120.00, the cost of the original shipping method selected will be deducted from your refund.
- Items that are missing their original tags and/or packaging will be subject to a 10% restocking fee for each item.
- Refunds will be rejected if the returned items show signs of use or wear.
Return Processing
Once your return is authorised and received, it will be inspected. If your return meets the criteria, the refund will be promptly credited back to your initial payment method. While processing on our end is immediate, it may take up to 72 hours for the refund to reflect on your statement. If the refund does not appear within this timeframe, please contact us for further assistance.
If your return does not meet the above criteria, we will contact you to inform you as to why your request has been rejected. If the item appears to have been used or has been soiled/damaged, it will be arranged to be sent back to you with shipping costs applied.
Shipping Recommendations
If you are arranging your own return, we recommend using a tracked service. We cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit; in such cases, any claims will need to be made by you with your shipping company.
